This retreat is for people who are seeking clarity, renewal, freedom and balance in their lives. It is an opportunity to step into a sacred, set-apart space to cultivate the inner workings of your own heart. You will learn, embody and integrate Rachel's signature model of P.A.R.E.ing down to the Essentials so that you can fully step forward in the life that you desire. 

Through her unique and masterful blending of storytelling, teaching and facilitating empowering processes, Rachel will guide you on a journey that will transform the trajectory of your life. You will leave refreshed, renewed and soaring into what is truly possible for you. 

Join us on the beautiful grounds and gardens of the Franciscan Renewal Center, nestled in the beautiful foothills of Mummy Mountain, in Scottsdale, AZ. The San Damiano Auditorium provides an inspiring space, full of natural sunlight, where we will co-create an empowering weekend, through experiential processes that will help you pare down to the essentials of what is most important, so that you can SOAR into the Infinite Possibilities of your Life. 

Upon arrival, join us in the outdoor registration area, to get acquainted with one another, the facility and grounds. Our  sessions will begin at 9:15 a.m. in the San Damiano Auditorium. Lunch will be provided on campus, and there will be refreshment breaks in the morning and afternoon. Daily sessions will conclude by 5:00 p.m. 

Before, after and during breaks, enjoy the Renewal Center's 25 acres of Sonoran beauty, including: 

Meditation Chapel, Healing Garden, Our Lady of Guadalupe Shrine, Desert Walk, and a Labyrinth.

Participants will receive a retreat workbook, a journal, a copy of Exercise Your Soul, and everything you need to have a profound and transformative experience at the retreat.

Meal Add-ons: Breakfast and/or Dinner may be added to your retreat package for an additional fee.

**Please be prepared to be at the The Franciscan Renwal Center at 9:00 a.m. each day. 

**There will be auditorium seating with foldout desks. Participants are also welcome to bring a meditation cushion or backjack for personal seating preference.
