Rachel has this ability to profoundly listen and she really hears what's going on deep down inside me. She tailors how I/we walk through difficult things. She creates a safe space for me to feel emotions that I have stuffed away for many years. I can express my feelings freely, without judgement and she guides me through some difficult emotions with Grace and so much love.
