An Invitation to Integration {a poem}

a longing, a whisper of desire;

a knowing that there is more –

beneath the surface,

beyond the busyness,

above the chaos.

stillness, enoughness;

there are pieces of me, waiting to be found, to be welcomed in the fold, to be witnessed and seen;

a gathering in, a coming home, in myself.

and so I come as I am, with palms outstretched;

ready to become even more fully who I already am.
